It is our pleasure to offer free shipping to our valued customers within the United States,

All products are made to order just for you!
Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be made before it ships.

 

COVID-19 Delays 

Typically, this product will be made in about a week, however, please allow up to 3 weeks due to Covid.

Although shipping dates are not guaranteed, USPS First Class is typically between 3-7 business days for the lower 48 states.

We will notify you of tracking information when your order ships.
Please check your spam folder if you haven't received your tracking info!

 

RETURNS


All StartedInQueens items are made to order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped orders.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please ensure you report any issues within the respective timeframes:

  • Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Quality: Within 30 days of when the package was marked delivered

All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit/Refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; including being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.     

 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
